Stephanie + Aaron | Culver City, CA

Stephanie is one half of the lifestyle blog Paisley Petunia - a sprightly gal who loves to do fun things, new things, and good things. She also has a discerning eye for vintage finds and impossibly gorgeous dresses that fit her like a glove.  Being the social media butterfly that she is, she found a little blue cottage in Culver City from a twitter post (yes really) and remembered that it had been featured on DesignSponge. So she and her dashing man Aaron grabbed it.  The cottage has lots of vintage charm and  space for entertaining, just like their new owners.  So while they are in the process of making it theirs, they thought it was a good time to document their nesting. I concur!  Steph sent me some inspiration: a few vintage e-sessions and a domestic/glam couple aka Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt from W Mag (the PG version, she noted). Add some Shareen Vintage dresses (a fav), hair and makeup by the insanely talented Brittany Sullivan, and all of those personal treasures that truly represent the couple living in the house, and you get this: a vintage love nest.







The girl has got travel.  That's a real tan.








These were taken on a tall stepladder (me) through their kitchen window: new place to serve up food for guests? Worked for me!







Aaron makes big pancakes. As a pancake expert, I can appreciate this.
